1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Redbook.heartrocket.com (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and the services provided by HCS Life SRL, also trading as Heart Rocket ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Site.

2. Description of Services
Redbook.heartrocket.com provides a private members’ area for clients of Heart Rocket’s international matchmaking service: profiles of women who have asked to be introduced, personal lists, introductions arranged by our matchmakers, interview and matching tools, relationship courses, and member events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Membership and Account

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.

  • Registration: When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Obligations and Conduct

  • Compliance: You agree to use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Prohibited Activities: You must not use the Site to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or could damage, disable, or impair the Site. You are solely responsible for any content you post, and it must not infringe on any third party's rights.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of HCS Life SRL, also trading as Heart Rocket, or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless you obtain prior written permission from us.

6. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

  • Fees: Certain features of the Site may require payment or a subscription. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

  • Billing Changes: We reserve the right to change our fees and billing methods at any time. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Your Agreement: Matchmaking packages are purchased under the Heart Rocket Agreement that you sign at checkout. That Agreement sets out your package, its price, its term and its refund position. Where it differs from these Terms, including on how disputes about the matchmaking service are resolved, the Agreement prevails. A change to our fees does not affect a package you have already purchased.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Site poses a risk or causes harm to the Site or its users.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Site and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site, and you use the Site at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HCS Life SRL, also trading as Heart Rocket, and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid, if any, for access to the Site in the preceding twelve months.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HCS Life SRL, also trading as Heart Rocket, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Bucharest, Romania.

12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
